My heating and cooling contractor was contracted by a single prestigious hotel to work on their presidential suite… They had just finished renovating the suite in preparation for the heads of state summit that was to be held within 3 weeks.
- The hotel had already accepted bookings from numerous dignitaries and so they needed to have the renovations done way before the summit started, besides doing current installs the people I was with and I were also to have a look at the existing heating and cooling units and ensure that all was well, but i gathered all our people including the most experienced a/c rep from our heating corporation to work on the suite.
The first heating unit the people I was with and I worked on was the gas gas furnace which the people I was with and I executed the boiler repair. The condenser was worn out and needed to be repaired. Both of us also checked on the electric furnace and found out that some of the machine was covered in rust that would have caused the oil furnace to stop functioning in the future, but while the renovations were taking location, a single of our specialists had proceeded with the cooling install since the unit was locationd in the ceiling. Quality A/C service would be done after the summit was over, then knowing more about Heating, Ventilation and A/C, I also installed a radiant furnace since it was the nit most high-profile individuals preferred.
