I like our job because I can work from somewhere in the world.

I am not limited to an office plus a desk. I am a writer plus there is nothing I love more than creating stories plus sharing them with people. Since I mostly work from home, a buddy of mine suggested I house-sit for his plus his husband. It was a relatively massive condo that was 100 years old with creaking floors, however, it was a lovely colonial lake house that was barely decorated as our buddy was a minimalist. I started writing while kneeling at the kitchen table. Since it was mid-Spring I switched on the indoor air cleaning plan plus hoped that our buddy had changed the a/c filter. Though he had creaking floors, our buddy had installed the radiant heating system plus I was thrilled our toes felt moderate against the floor, then using the weather conditions control tool, I turned on the electric heating system plus regulated the temperature! No sooner had I started writing did I hear some odd noises coming from the basement. I was startled by the phone ringing, it was the local heating company confirming their appointment with the a/c rep the following afternoon, because of a broken-down oil heater, as I got back to our writing I heard a loud bang plus almost peed our pants. After composing myself I decided to guy up plus check the basement. Turns out it was the gas gas furnace that had malfunctioned. It was an eventful night plus I thrilledly welcomed the afternoon. The worker performed quality A/C service plus the boiler repair, replacing the worn-out heating device. The worker knowing more about HVAC also redid the cooling install. Luckily, the next few afternoons at the condo were uneventful though it was a laughable experience.
