I have done a lot of thinking plus I want a ductless mini split, right now our condo only relies on two oil furnaces, but there is an upstairs Moore heating system plus the downstairs uses a gas fireplace.
The fireplace isn’t nearly powerful enough to boiling up the family room. I also am going through menopause plus would care about some AC at night. The ductless mini split is the answer to all our worries. I could have the outdoor air compressor outside plus hidden behind the house. The indoor air handler can absolutely sit on the family room exterior wall plus not be an eyesore. Directly above the family room is our family room. That will be so easy adding another mini split plus temperature control. That way the gas fireplace can only worry about heating the residing room. I then get quality ductless heating in the family room that shouldn’t affect anywhere else… All the upstairs family rooms can then have heating because of the Moore heating system plus I can crank the AC during a hot flash plus nobody will care. The cost of our project will be around 6 grand even though I guess it will be worth it overtime. I will have every section of the condo the exact temperature I want it. I also found a wonderful Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C corporation that will do it at the time plus in the location that I want it at. I have the money saved up for it anyway. I hardly make condo renovations plus this should add value to our condo too. I hope I don’t regret it over time.
