Ever since I bought a loft on the beach, all of our friends have come over regularly to visit, however before that I would hang out at their apartments, but the beach loft has been a total game changer.
We have been able to host wonderful parties and all of us like to have large fires in the beach fireplace.
The fireplace is certainly large and all of us can even have bonfires which are perfect for large get togethers. The other beautiful thing is the fireplace in the house. It’s a gas fireplace although I love that because I don’t have to cut our back breaking wood, but on top of that, it’s not love I have a lot of trees on our property if I want to cut wood. I guess I could have firewood delivered if I had a wood burning fireplace, but as I said I care about the gas fireplace just fine. Everybody else who comes over to hang out enjoys it also, especially while in the Winter season. I can’t tell you how numerous parties all of us have had at our site, although I can tell you that nobody has been disappointed with the temperature control settings. I guess this because I am enrolled in an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service system that keeps our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system laboring at full capacity. This makes it so our utility bills remain low regardless of a mediocre amount of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C use. Of course, I like to be a fantastic entertainer and always make sure everybody is perfectly comfortable. If people are too drunk, they can always crash at our house.
