I’ve been getting my Heating & A/C plan maintenance officially since I have been living on my own.

• This was something that I realized was important because my parents always busy how important it was to have a working Heating & A/C plan during the times when you needed it the most.

They also explained how keeping up with proper Heating & A/C maintenance would actually lower your energy bills; & that proved to be an excellent energy saving tip. Well, something that I never realized over the years was how important it is to have your HVAC duct plan cleaned. Most homes are hooked up with HVAC duct, & that’s something I have had over the years in peculiar rental homes. I realize the air quality could have been better if I would have known to go for the HVAC duct cleaning. I used quality air filters, so the air quality was never terrible, however still, I wish I would have known back then; Even the Heating & A/C professionals never said anything about my dirty HVAC duct. That was all until recently when I had a modern Heating & A/C pro come out. He asked me if I had my HVAC duct cleaning done at all, & I looked at him care about he was speaking another language. I had no clue what he was talking about. He pointed out that the HVAC duct was pretty dirty & it would improve my air quality if I had it cleaned. He also said I didn’t want to wait for blockages to occur, it would cause uneven heating & cooling in my home & cause my Heating & A/C to struggle. I l acquired a lot from this guy, & the air quality improved drastically when I had the HVAC duct plan cleaned!
