I don’t think my husband and I will ever be able to compromise on the temperature of the house, so I guess we will have to agree to disagree on the thermostat issue
I have a problem every time I go somewhere I am always freezing cold. My husband gets really annoyed with me because I am always asking to wear his jacket or borrow something from him. I wish I was being dramatic but I truly am cold every time I walk into a building from outside. I always have to ask restaurants if they can turn up the thermostat so I can warm up a little bit. This really embarrasses my husband,but I can’t help it! I wish I could change but I don’t think I will ever be able to change this about myself. I always have the thermostat in our home set to 78 degrees. When people walk in they always complain that it is too warm. They always ask if I have the heater turned on, but I just tell them I am always cold so I like to keep it warm. Normally if they are guests and not family I will just turn down the thermostat so they are comfortable. However, this also annoys my husband. He wants me to change the temperature of the thermostat for him, but I am not willing to. He says it is selfish of me to always keep the house at 78 degrees because he is always sweating and having to walk around with hardly any clothing on. I hope it doesn’t cause major problems later in our marriage.
