Arriving in the new city had been quite an experience for us. After many years of building houses and apartments back home, we wanted to expand our reach. So, my business partner and I went to the new city and began doing some research. About two years later, we bought a piece of land and built an apartment complex in the area. The area experienced extreme summer and winter, which meant installing an effective central cooling and heating system. The company we spoke to about air conditioning was quite reputable and from the area. They advised us to go with a commercial boiler system which was perfect for our building. The commercial boiler unit was not only practical but also energy efficient. It was the best way to keep the apartments warm in winter, which was just around the corner. However, purchasing and having the commercial boiler set up in the building was not cheap. We had to dig deep into our finances since we wanted a new unit that would last for a long time before needing a replacement. My business partner and I tried to negotiate a better price with the HVAC business and also had to get a boiler system maintenance plan. All this was good because we were finally fulfilling our vision when we first arrived in the city.
