All of us were upset when the boss was talking about bringing in a replacement for the current owner for our heating, ventilation, and A/C supplier… Every one of us were all stunned when the current owner was his child who was fresh out of school.

Every one of us didn’t expect to have a current boss who was young and seemed to know nothing about heating, ventilation, and A/C related things! He did go to school for business though, and he gave everybody a hard time.

He was constantly yelling at everybody from the start, and he wasn’t kind-natured like his father. Even though he was constantly getting on everybody’s case, he seemed to be getting a hang of things. However I can’t absolutely be mad because it seems like heating, ventilation, and A/C comes natural to him just like how it did with his father. He even started some interesting programs that I think I can get on board with. He wanted to supply services to people who were struggling financially, so he provided discounts to those people. His father would have never of done anything like that because he was more about the profit in the business… While this may seem like a risky experiment to some, I am inspired to be honest. I think that more people will want to seek the services of our heating, ventilation, and A/C supplier because they will see that all of us care about the people in the community, especially those people who are in a financial struggle. I know that word will spread through normal word of mouth, and soon all of us will have more customers and business than ever. I hope this new owner keeps doing well with running the heating, ventilation, and A/C business.
