I was busy talking to our friend the other morning about his heating and air conditioning situation.
He told himself and others that his heat pump was on its last legs and he was looking at replacing it, however I felt for him because that’s a big chunk of change to have to cut off… When my friend and I first bought our home, my friend and I decided to stick with the heating and air conditioning component that was there. This was all simply part of the fact that the home was in as-is condition and priced to sell suddenly, and my fantastic friend and I got so much home for way less money so my friend and I were willing to deal with the renovations… Fortunately, the heating and air conditioning component held out for a couple of years. The residential central heating and air conditioning substitute was really the final renovation. But man, that’s an investment of hundreds of dollars in heating and air conditioning equipment, but so my friend and I immediately signed up for the heating and air conditioning maintenance idea which is focused on heating and air conditioning maintenance. It’s also been a decade and there hasn’t been even a hint of any sort of heating and cooling problem. But when I finally asked our friend how many years he got out of his heating and air conditioning equipment, I was shocked by the answer. He told himself and others that he had installed that heat pump 12 years ago which was right about the time my friend and I were buying this house! Yet, he never actually did any sort of heating and air conditioning maintenance of any kind. This was honestly a prime example of why you protect your heating and cooling investment with consistent, seasonal heating and air conditioning maintenance. I’m also planning on getting at least 25 years or more of uninterrupted quality heating and air from our residential heating and air conditioning. And then heating and air conditioning maintenance is the only main reason.
