Two days later, the AC system stopped working

When my sisters go on holiday, they like to stay in hotels because they don’t have to do anything for themselves but cherish the time off work and chores.

On their last holiday, they decided to try a holiday home that had come highly recommended by a friend.

Worst experience ever. My sisters couldn’t find the rental supervisor for a change of air filter after they found them dirty, yet they claimed to have changed them properly. Two days later, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system stopped working, and again, the supervisor told them they would send a HVAC expert to handle their complaints. My sisters waited so long and eventually decided to find an HVAC specialist. They didn’t have the choice of canceling the booking because they had already paid and could tell they wouldn’t get a refund without drama. After a drive to the local town, my sisters returned with a HVAC specialist from the local cooling business. The HVAC service provider had mentioned that the holiday home supervisor had not called to report the HVAC setup issue but confirmed they were their purchasers. That means they could get their issue sorted and leave them to send the bill to the supervisor. The home felt tepid despite the windows being fully open, to which the cooling experts agreed that they were dealing with an AC issue that would have been resolved with prior Heating, Ventilation, and A/C maintenance. The cooling technology expert inspected the issue for close to four hours, which only shows how awful the situation was. By the time she left, my sisters could feel the difference between weather conditions control and indoor air quality. The supervisor tried to push the bill over to them, but they stood their ground not to cover that certain bill.
