Like a lot of people out there, I don’t really use my garage for cars. For the longest time, it was just sitting there as a big waste of space. Well, I suppose it was not an entire waste of space as there was a bunch of boxes of random stuff in there, just about wall-to-wall! One day I decided that I wanted to use my garage and to get the most out of it instead of it being a waste of space. I cleaned up all the boxes of junk in there and got rid of what I didn’t need to clear space. I ultimately decided to turn the garage into a man cave for my own personal use. This way, whenever we wanted to do our own thing, my wife could get the benefit of the living room all to herself while I got my man cave! I was going to set up some furniture and a TV and a few other things when I realized there was no climate control for the garage. I definitely needed some form of climate control considering the somewhat extreme temperatures that we face on a yearly basis around here. I decided to get a mini split HVAC system. This mini split system was ductless and far easier to install than a conventional central heating and air system. Installation was a snap and minimally invasive, and despite the fact that the unit was rather small, it was surprisingly powerful and entirely adequate for the garage space. Before I knew it, I had a perfectly comfortable man cave thanks to the ductless mini-split climate control system!
