The Yoga Mat is Calling Me So I’ll Need to go Soon

I do yoga each morning to help my body wake up and keep its flexibility.

I need to stay flexible especially for sports and at my age. I’m 55 years old now and still like to play beach volleyball a couple times a week so I need to keep my body strong and flexible. I may need to cut back on the frequency of play though because it takes me longer to recuperate after a long day of playing. I used to be able to play every day but now I need about two days off after playing. I come home and turn on my air conditioner, take a hot shower, then rub Biofreeze over my sore joints to help them heal faster. It’s good to cool and heat the joint because it helps the blood circulate better so it can get to the places that need it the most. I have a water heater that is on the wall in my office and after I take my cold dips I like to sit beside it and heat my body up. I think this type of heater is very efficient to run even though it looks to be very old. The hot water cycles through the heaters in each room and keeps the place at a nice comfortable temperature most of the time. Sometimes the heaters can make it too hot though, especially if it is a small room like a bathroom or small bedroom. I can shut them off manually but prefer to just let them run and keep the place warm.
