After all, the machine came with a 12-page instructional guide & a 30-hour DVD. I thought the ductless A/C device would be easier to install & much more closely related to a window unit. The maintenance serviceman evaluated the situation on the cellphone & ask for the make & model of the ductless A/C device that both of us were trying to install. The guy provided me a quote over the cellphone & it was absolutely adequate. They also allowed me to make an appointment for the same morning, because it was early in the morning when I called. The maintenance company did an amazing job with the ductless A/C replacement. They sent more than one servicemans & finished the job in record time. I have not used this particular company in the past, however they will actually acquire more cellphone calls from me in the future. I even told a few friends about the company. They are looking to replace their modern method & need a new heating & A/C company.
