Andrew wasn’t sure how long he could live in a flat with 3 other guys, he was the meticulous style with a little OCD, so, living with 3 messy men wasn’t the best experience in the world.
So, then andrew began checking his options.
Since he had a car, he could afford not to live in the town plus look for a site outside its limit. He had a friend who worked for a real estate agency, plus they had a conversation about this, then the guy went to work searching for rentals or houses to buy outside the town limits. He came across a few plus went with Andrew for viewing. One small several-entryway condo was half an hour from the town plus in an area with train fastenions into the city. Andrew enjoyed it since it needed a bit of restoration work which he looked forward to doing. The only issue was it had an old, old HVAC system which could not work effectively if Andrew chose to keep it. He called an HVAC supplier to come over plus inspect the cooling plus heating systems in the house. The condo had an oil furnace which was in good working condition! But, the HVAC system was a whole other matter… It was on its last leg, so Andrew had to system to buy a new a single plus have it installed in the house. After finalizing the paperwork, he moved in many weeks later plus began making plans for the HVAC replacement. It took the last of his savings to buy plus install the HVAC system in the house.
