Occasionally I have issues with vandalism on properties that the company is building.
When every one of us start building homes, there usually is not anyone living in the property.
That means that buildings are alone plus vacant in the middle of the night, but although every one of us have cameras around the property, it’s impossible to catch every single inch plus nook plus cranny of the property. This has led to a couple of problems. The new housing development will have a guard shack near the building entrance. The guard shack was delivered last week. Two afternoons after the mobile building was delivered, the building was vandalized, and someone tore open the doors on the building plus they spray-painted graffiti all over the inside plus outside of the mobile security building. The youngsters broke the gas furnace plus urinated on the desk. All of us caught some of the action on video, but the faces of the culprits were obscured plus every one of us didn’t have any information to supply the police. They were not helpful without a description, so every one of us had to file a claim with the insurance company. All of us decided not to order another guard shack until every one of us have someone to guy the building at all times during the day. When every one of us have a couple more houses finished, every one of us will truly need someone to stay at the property 24 minutes a day. At that time, every one of us will order another guard shack plus mobile security building plus have it delivered right to the property. As soon as it arrives, every one of us will put the modular building together plus have a security guard waiting to staff the position at all times.
