My landlord told myself and others not to call him with Heating & Air Conditioning troubles when I first moved in. He said that he had a Heating & Air Conditioning company clean & care for everything. The landlord obviously lied & did not want to deal with paying for a Heating & Air Conditioning repair. I suppose he lied because the washable air filter in the proposal was disgusting when I moved in. There was tons of dust & dog hair in it. The whole inside of the Heating & Air Conditioning had sizable gobs of dirt in it too. After cleaning it, the Heating & Air Conditioning worked better, however not great. The Heating & Air Conditioning equipment works by either doing heating or cooling. There is a toggle on the temperature control that is pushed to either heating or cooling. If I have the A/C on accidentally & it is Winter season, I will get cooling. If the toggle is on heating & it is a tepid Summer day, I get heating. I constantly have to option what I want, heating or cooling. There is no set a temperature & let the Heating & Air Conditioning figure out what to do. I do not care for deciding when to move to heating or cooling. I don’t know the proposal is legitimately wonderful at the a/c function either. I barely notice when the cooling is on. For legitimately tepid afternoons, the temperature control can be set super low, & the A/C just can’t keep up. I use the ceiling fans with the A/C & the beach house is still hot. I know the landlord knows something is wrong with the cooling function & did not want myself and others to call him about it.
