My wifey’s uncle lives in a house, in fact, she lives in a duplex house; She does own both sides of it, although she only lives on the one side.
She rents out the other side when she can.
She has a condition and cannot certainly take care of anything around him… My buddy and I honestly rented out the other side of the home to live. My buddy and I provided that my good friend and I come take care of him and the house and help out for reduced rent payments. She surely agreed to it. My buddy and I were delighted my good friend and I could help him out, when my good friend and I help him to take care of the other side of the home my good friend and I even take care of her Heating and Air Conditioning system for him, and there are a lot of times where she has not been able to care of the system, then now, my good friend and I help him to change the filters, and clean the system on a regular basis, but luckily, my good friend and I both use the same system, however the system is split. The one side gets a control unit and the other side gets a weird control unit. This allows us to be able to set the temperature that my good friend and I desire on our side of the house. It certainly does help to keep the home nice and comfortable. I like being in control of the Heating and Air Conditioning system, this way I can consistently make sure that my good friend and I are going to be comfortable. I can even call an Heating and Air Conditioning professional anytime that I want too. If my good friend and I are having trouble I take care it instantly. I would be a good home owner I think.
