My bestie’s aunt lives in a house, however in fact, he lives in a duplex house, however he does own both sides of it, but he only lives on the one side.

He has a condition and cannot really take care of anything around him, however my pal and I actually rented out the other side of the property to live. My pal and I provided that my buddy and I come take care of him and the property and help out for reduced rent payments. He surely agreed to it. My pal and I were excited my buddy and I could help him out, then when my buddy and I help him to take care of the other side of the property my buddy and I even take care of his Heating and A/C system for him! There are a lot of times where he has not been able to care of the system, but now, my buddy and I help him to change the filters, and scrub the system on a correct basis, but luckily, my buddy and I both use the same system, however the system is split. The one side gets a control unit and the other side gets a odd control unit. This allows us to be able to set the temperature that my buddy and I desire on our side of the house. It really does help to keep the property nice and comfortable. I like being in control of the Heating and A/C system, this way I can constantly make sure that my buddy and I are going to be comfortable. I can even call an Heating and A/C specialist anytime that I want too. If my buddy and I are having trouble I take care it instantly. I would be a nice household owner I think.
