Now that I have gotten a smart thermostat, I don’t assume how I lived without a single for so several years! I suppose the thing that I enjoy best is that my smart thermostat tracks where I am in the house plus uses my temperature setting to keep that room of the house comfortable for me. I also enjoy that the smart thermostat learns my patterns plus then starts turning up or down the a/c or oil furnace at the times that I usually would. It starts cooling down the house before I even start thinking that I want it cooled down. It is kind of eerie, almost enjoy it is reading my mind, but the fact that I can adjust the temperature of my home, while not at home, is also honestly convenient. I set my thermostat to about 79 degrees in the summer time plus 60 degrees in the winter, when I’m not home. I have the thermostat set to cool, or warm, itself to 72 degrees just before I get home… However, the other day I left work early because I was feeling ill, however just before I left the office, I used my smart cellphone to change the temperature of my house to 72 degrees plus it was nice plus comfortable by the time I got home. This would not have been the case if I was not able to adjust the thermostat remotely. Finally, I enjoy that my smart thermostat tells me if my Heating plus Air Conditioning system needs servicing. It tells me that there might be a concern before the concern actually shows up. This lets me schedule an Heating plus Air Conditioning specialist for a time that is convenient for me rather than dropping everything to maintenance a large concern that comes out of the yellow.
