Mark tried, he really has but this man doesn’t believe anything he says.
The main reason for this is that he wants to see Kyle.
She has been his Heating and A/C specialist for the last 14 years and she has been out on maternity leave for about 3 weeks now. Mr. Anderson really needs his air filters changed, however he wants an expert opinion from Kyle. After all, she is a great heating and cooling specialist, but she will not be able to help him for a while. Mark is just afraid in the next month or so his Heating and A/C system may begin encountering complications and then the cost to service or replace his Heating and A/C system could be far greater. He tried calling Kyle to ask her to speak to him but she didn’t answer. Knowing her, she turned off her work cellphone for a couple of months. Mark doesn’t blame her but he is trying to do his best for Mr. Anderson. He told him he tried calling and she didn’t answer, but he said if he doesn’t hear from Kyle then the air filters will not be touched. There really isn’t much else Mark can do but provide him with his number if he changes his mind. Mark also told him that he can call the heating and cooling business to talk to someone else if he needs to. He tried one last time to explain the importance but he was really firm on his decision. Kyle must have made a really huge impression on him and that is amazing but if she ever decides to leave the Heating and A/C corporation, Mr. Anderson will let his heating and cooling system break.
