Since I was little I have enjoyed baking; Naturally when I graduated from company school I decided that I would beginning a little bakery! I didn’t want to hire any employees until I knew it was going to work, & I am pretty blissful that I did that, then i ran into a few complications my first month being open! The first thing that happened involved my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system.
I believe I set the A/C up way too high, & it caused the system to break.
My refrigerators got so warm that they also stopped working! The cooling system breaking caused so numerous complications that I could have never thought of! I had to call an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company & get him to come out as soon as possible, all of my product was ruined & it legitimately set me back. I decided that moving forward I will learn as much as I can about Heating, Ventilation, & A/C, since I clearly see how pressing it is. I suppose that I can’t set the thermostat too high, it will just cause complications with my cooling system. I wish that I would have known about A/C units before this whole situation happened, but the lesson will be in my head forever! Due to my little heating & cooling problem, I am reconsidering the business. It’s already cost me so much money & I haven’t even opened my doors yet! My friends & family are telling my not to let this Heating, Ventilation, & A/C situation get me down to much. It is feeling a lot better suppose that the A/C unit is back up & running, & I have put a sign up on the thermostat so nobody touches it. I am going to be so careful with my A/C system now.
