About two months ago my mother and father passed away.
They were both in pretty horrible conditions for numerous years, and once my mom died my father only lasted for a few more days before he followed! In my parents’ will they left the dwelling in my name… My first thought was to do the acceptable thing and just put the dwelling up for sale to make as much currency as possible on it.
I am a rather sentimental man though, and I just couldn’t easily let the house go. I had grown up in that beach dwelling and I had seen it go from looking sort of like a run down shack to a rather attractive residence with the latest and greatest gear and Heating and A/C appliance technology. My father had founded his own Heating and A/C appliance corporation numerous years before I was even born and he made sure to keep the dwelling equipped with all of the nicest gadgets anyone could ever want! After thinking about it for several days I decided to sell my dwelling along with most of my things and move back to live in my parents’ dwelling. Keeping my parents’ memory alive was a critical factor, but all of the cool features in the dwelling also played a significant role in this decision. I had a bit of anxiety once I finally made the option to move back to my former home, although I believe that it is one of the best choices I have made in years. This beach dwelling will remain in our family’s possession for as long as possible if I have anything to say about it.
