I love my Grandfather so much, but she is so much fun. She is honestly old college though, & she does not like modern technology! I love him to death, & my associate and I spend as much time as possible with him since my associate and I do not know how long she has left. She is ninety-four years old, although she acts like she is sixty-five. She is still truly active for her age, & it is amazing. I hope that I am that spry when I am ninety-four years old… Because she does not like modern technology or newer things, she refuses to woman himself a modern furnace. She & my Grandma obtained the home that she lives in about fifty years ago. It has a regular gas furnace in there plus a wood stove, the furnace started showing signs of age about four years ago. It was turning off on its own quite a bit, & my Grandfather did not know how to fix it. She tried looking into what was wrong with it, although she refused to call an Heating & A/C company or even let my partner come over & check it out. She is quite a prideful man, & it honestly gets in the way of great things sometimes, however we asked him if she wanted us to find him a modern furnace, although she said that she did not need a furnace. She told us all about how she had survived most of her life with a wood stove, & there was no reason why she could not survive the rest of her life with just a wood stove. I could not argue with him. I know she will go on separate from a furnace for the rest of her life.
