I hate our furnace, and even though it’s only 5 years old, it gives myself and others a lot of headaches, but this furnace was included with the home when I purchased it, so I didn’t have a say on the initial upgrade.

• The previous owners must have purchased the cheapest furnace they could find, because it never does what it’s supposed to do.

Every fall as well as winter, I have to call the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation to come service an issue with our furnace, and it doesn’t matter what I do, the furnace just doesn’t work, but last week, I had to call the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation because the furnace sounded adore it was running, however our home didn’t heat up! When I felt the air coming out of the air vents, it was cold! The Heating and Air Conditioning corporation sent an Heating and Air Conditioning professional over a few days later to help myself and others service the problem. The Heating and Air Conditioning professional told myself and others that our heat exchanger was boiling, which was causing the blower to run however there was no heat. The whole reason our heat exchanger was boiling was because our air filter was obstructed. It hadn’t been changed in over 6 months, so there was a tremendous amount of dust as well as debri keeping our air from flowing properly. This is why I was hearing the air coming through the vents however feeling freezing air instead of boiling air, and because our furnace is so young, I want to avoid replacing it until I absolutely have to, and however, I don’t guess how much longer I can put up with all the complications!
