One thing I would like to say is that I really preferred my old central heating and air conditioning system over my new heating and cooling unit.
I find that the old heating and air conditioning system was more energy efficient for one.
It had a much better SEER rating than what I got now, and also the air flow seemed more powerful. I am not sure if maybe I picked a rather weak central heating and air conditioning system as a replacement or what, but this is just what I know. If I could have gotten more life out of the old central heating and air conditioning system I would have. But unfortunately it lived its full lifespan and I had no choice other than to invest in a brand new, up to date and even more expensive central heating and air conditioning system which doesn’t even come close to the old central heat and a/c unit! What I may do is call an independent heating and air conditioning specialist to come out to my house and look at my current central heating and cooling system to see if there is anything they could do to improve it. I know this is a long shot and most likely they would just tell me to invest more money into a much better and more powerful heating and cooling system with higher SEER rating. But you never know, so I may give this a try. Because I want the same power and everything as my old central heating and air conditioning system unit!
