Matcha Tea is Great for a Quick Boost of Energy

I stopped drinking beer and coffee a few weeks ago to see how it was affecting my sleep. I definitely notice a difference now that I am drinking green tea instead and feel a lot better. I like to drink Matcha tea because it has a lot of antioxidants in it along with a little bit of caffeine to get you going. My space heater keeps me warm while I drink the cold tea, yes I like to drink the tea on ice. Matcha has less caffeine than coffee so it doesn’t affect my sleep at all yet it wakes me up quite nicely. I also take a cold dip in the mornings to jolt me into consciousness and give me a boost of energy to help propel me through the day, followed by a hot water bath and a sit beside my radiant space heater. I think the body does well when you cool and heat it up a few times each day. It has something to do with the blood vessels and moving energy through the body more efficiently. I sometimes run my air conditioner in the winter time to cool me down and then I take a hot bath to heat up again. It sounds kind of strange I know but I just feel better when I do this type of heating and cooling of the body. I plan on going to the beach today because we have a nice sunny day and the beaches are still quite slow. I need to also clean my HVAC unit soon.
