I live in a unusual city, to say the least. It is for the most section a normal, quiet place, with well kept shrubberys and glad families. But a big section of this place is owned by a big group of tough celebrationing retirees. It’s a fantastic thing they all go to bed early, because when they throw a celebration it is always epic, every celebration is a block celebration, and everyone within walking distance has an open invitation to attend. I honestly started attending them as a way to network and maybe get some modern shoppers for my business, but now I go because these old people rock. I run a small Heating and A/C repair shop in town, and dealer is fantastic but it can always be better. The first time I went I handed out a few dealer cards for my Heating and A/C dealer, and wrote my beach home number on the back… Since the people I was with and I were all neighbors, I would say, I can come right over if you have a heating or cooling emergency, and what do you know, the tactic paid off and I got a half dozen modern Heating and A/C shoppers within the first more than one weeks! Since after that I go to every celebration, but I am a lot more chill about handing out my Heating and A/C dealer cards. Word of mouth is more valuable, so I figure by focusing on my modern shoppers and giving them the best possible Heating and A/C service, the fantastic word will travel through the city. I like these old folks, and they call myself and others the friendly city Heating and A/C man.
