My hubby has regularly been a fan of camping and being outdoors.
I was never an outdoorsy woman until I met our woman.
We spend a lot of time camping. We used to have a tent, although I convinced our hubby to buy a motorhouse last year. I was truthfully weary of going camping during the frosty weeks. I hated shivering and even with a small space heating system in the tent, it was still frosty and angry most of the morning. I had a lot of trouble sleeping and camping wasn’t fun for me anymore. That’s when our hubby decided A motorhouse was a wonderful idea. I like having the motorhome, because it feels like a tent with much better shelter. We’re still outside and close to the elements. We can open up the windows to smell the fresh air. When it’s raining, it’s nice to have some shelter from the storm. We do not have to worry about leaving the campground and the people I was with and I can still spend a weekend outdoors even if the weather is less than ideal. We had some rain last weekend when the people I was with and I were camping. It was hot and humid outside even though it was raining. We ran the cooling system all morning. If the people I was with and I had been in a tent, the people I was with and I would have been undoubtedly uncomfortable. Instead, the people I was with and I were cool and dry thanks to the cooling system and shelter of the motorhome. After a weekend like that, there is no doubt in our mind that buying an RV was the best idea the more than one of us could have.
