It took my landlord a year to update a broken Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit

After I made an inquiry to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional, he mentioned that the component was outdated and it had a leak.

A few years ago, I lived in a lovely 2-kitchen condo. Though it was an older unit, it was remodeled with updated home office appliances. The component also had hardwood floors throughout the entire space. It was one of the reasons why I fell in cherish with the condo when I first saw it. Although the home office appliances were updated, the washer and dryer, and the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component and water furnace were a bit dated, however, they worked good and did what I needed them to do! Unfortunately, after a year of living in the apartment, I began to have complications with the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit. The first sign of an issue happened when I went away for a weekend. I came back home and realized that the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component was not keeping the condo cool. I contacted the landlord who sent an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional to repair the unit. However, within another 2 months, the same thing happened again. The component stopped cooling and needed to be fixed. This happened a few more times throughout the year and it was clear that the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component needed to be updated. After I made an inquiry to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional, he mentioned that the component was outdated and it had a leak. And there was nothing that he could do except to supply a temporary fix. It took an entire year for the landlord to update the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit. And although the broken Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component was annoying to say the least, I was glad that my landlord finally decided to update the unit.
