I’m going to get a better HVAC system for my house because I know that it’s always going to be a good investment to improve the indoor air quality inside of a place! I have been living here for about three years now.
The indoor air quality isn’t really terrible, but it is really not all that wonderful either.
I know that I could improve things around here fairly easily if I just took the time and initiative. I have decided that this year is going to be the year that I am going to make it a point to improve things around the house. I have already gotten someone to come over and do some landscaping for me and later on in the spring, I have decided to get some new siding installed on the exterior of the house. I figure that if I am going to get the stuff fixed on the outside of the house this year, I might as well go ahead and get some stuff done on the inside of the house as well. That’s where the new HVAC system comes in. The furnace that was installed in the house when I moved in was already pretty old and the air conditioning system seems like it is already on its last legs, too. I did some research and so I decided to just go ahead and replace both of them at the same time. I’m going to get a matching unit when I replace the HVAC system. I’m also going to install a new whole home air purification system for the house too. Hopefully, the HVAC company will be able to set it up to run at the same time as the heating and cooling!
