If I were a rich person, one thing I would do is buy a immense beach house & then invest in a power generator to be used when there is a power failure.

Well, I am someone who really needs heating & A/C to live. And when your power goes out, you lose your central heating & A/C. Not having central heating & A/C when you have drastic weather can be a complication for someone prefer me who is genuinely heat & freezing sensitive. So this is why our ultimate dream would be to become rich & get a power generator to not only have electric when no one else does, but to keep our heating & A/C system going! When the power goes out now, I usually have to end up going to an costly hotel in order to get heating & A/C. Because those upscale hotels have power generators to keep the electric going & the central heating & A/C system going. I really hate when I have to go to hotels to get heating or air conditioning when there is a power failure. But it is all I can do if it is one that is going to last all afternoon & night. I have to have indoor comfort as much as I can. That is how it is with me & how I am as a man. But prefer I mentioned, if I was rich I would just buy our genuinely own power generator & be done with it all!
