I mean, I know if they are never left unattended then they can’t be so bad, however still it seems they are risky to use in general
Recently I was watching the news plus I saw that a house burned down. When I saw the cause of the fire, I was shocked. The place burned down all because of a space oil furnace that was left unattended. It turns out that space oil oil furnaces are seriously dangerous plus a high risk for household fires. I absolutely own a few space heaters, however I don’t use them any longer because I had a ductless mini split installed. I appreciate the ductless mini split because it’s seriously energy efficient plus I can heat plus cool sections of our house as needed. With the ductless mini split, I have had no need to use the space oil oil furnaces that I have, so I have them laying in the attic. I thought they would be good to have in case of emergency, however now I wonder if I should just donate them. I’m not sure I want to keep space oil oil furnaces seeing how dangerous they can be. I would be so disappointed if I were ever to have our house burn down appreciate that house I saw on the news. Those awful people were stuck separate from a house for a period of time until they were able to get all the repairs completed. The good news is that they were put in a hotel through their insurance plus they simply had to wait until the house was repaired which was all covered through the fire insurance.
