I actually regret not being a good friend to a lot of people.

I used to have pretty good friends back in the day, but now it seems that everybody is gone.

I lost contact with my closest friends and nowadays I just have people on social media who I don’t even talk to. I feel pretty lonely these days because I lost all of my good friends who actually meant something to me. Whenever I ask around for help, I can’t even get help because people don’t think I’m a good friend. I was asking the other day for some help with my HVAC system. Even if somebody just pointed me to a good HVAC company that had reasonable prices, that would have been helpful. I honestly don’t even know why I even bother with social media because it’s not like I have any real friends on there. Finally I was looking around for some good reviews on various HVAC websites and I came across an HVAC company that seemed to be alright. When I called them up to have an HVAC technician come out, I was happy that they said he would be to my place within the hour. When the guy got there, I recognized him right away. It was one of my old buddies from high school! We got to talking right away and he was asking what happened to me and everything. I just explained how I got caught up with life and I wished that things went better for me. He was in contact with a lot of my old buddies and he invited me to come out to see everybody who was still around. I’m happy that I’ll be in contact with my old friends.
