I didn’t believe much about toiling on Heating and A/C units, so I was either sitting around or talking to them.
I tried toiling for an Heating and A/C supplier once, and it didn’t work out. This Heating and A/C supplier was notorious for treating its employees poorly, but I needed a job, and I knew that the Heating and A/C supplier would hire anybody at any moment. I spent our first few weeks crawling under houses trying to install vents and ducts and did most of the grunt work for people trying to build modern houses. After a few weeks, I was partnered with an Heating and A/C serviceman how was used to doing maintenance calls all day, then every one of us would go to different people’s houses, and we would fix their air conditioning unit or furnace for them. The Heating and A/C serviceman that I traveled with was awful at customer service, although he was the most knowledgable about Heating and A/C units, even more than our boss. However, since the Heating and A/C serviceman was awful at customer service, I tried to make up for it by talking with the clients and being friendly. I didn’t believe much about toiling on Heating and A/C units, so I was either sitting around or talking to them. After a few weeks, the boss stopped letting myself and others work with the Heating and A/C serviceman, and I started moving around always and being treated poorly. I eventually quit, however not without an idea of what I was going to do next. The Heating and A/C job had prepared myself and others for a job in a completely different field. While talking and dealing with clients while the Heating and A/C serviceman fixed furnaces or air conditioning units, I l acquired that I like customer maintenance jobs, and I applied for one! I got the job, and I have been there for the last multiple years!
