For some reason I really dread flying but I need to change my idea of it and just make it a pleasant experience.
- I will get some good music and maybe a good book to read to make the flight a more fun time.
At least it is a direct flight and as long as they don’t blast me out with the air conditioning I should be fine. I don’t know why they keep it so cold on flights but I can’t change their policy so I will have to bring some cold weather clothes even though I will be landing in a very hot climate come mid April when I get there. Maybe I can bring a small portable space heater with me to keep me warm as it probably costs twenty dollars to rent a blanket on the plane. I remember when meals and luggage were all free and people could smoke on the plane, but this was back in the 70s and we aren’t there anymore. Maybe they will run the electric heating on the plane instead and when I get there with my winter coat I will be sweating bullets. I guess you never know what the flight is going to be like till you get on the plane. I can’t wait. I need to go talk to my heating and cooling provider today to see if they have any ideas for saving money on power bills because mine have been quite steep since I’ve been running the heater so much this winter. I think the cold weather is just about gone though.
