I come from a family of heating and air conditioner specialists, then both of my parents were at one point Heating and A/C workers, and now they own a heating, ventilation plus A/C system business together! This has been a longstanding tradition in our family, and it has gotten to the point where it is expected that the kids will grow up to be a Heating and A/C serviceman, however it is something my family is honestly proud of! Everyone in the family growing up contributed to the air conditioning system company in one way or another.
It started when every one of us were kids, my sister and I were already learning the basics of heating and air conditioner.
Thanks to learning from such a young age, repairing and performing repair on air conditioning system machines came naturally to me, but since I was the oldest, my dad expected myself and others to handle the air conditioner company first. I hated to burst her bubble, although I was not interested in owning a business, nor being an air conditioning system professional. I wanted to try and become a veterinarian, since I had always loved helping critters! Although most parents would be pleased with this decision, my parents were not. They were appalled that I would choose anything other than an air conditioner serviceman. They stayed mad at myself and others for a while, and tried punishing me, although I wouldn’t let them. I decided to move out early, and it was only then they accepted my decision. They’re still not happy with my decision, but my younger sister has already agreed to look after the air conditioning system corporation, so now their attention is on him.
