I would say for the most part, I care about shopping online.

I find it more convenient than your average store. In your average store, you are limited to what they are selling, & that is assuming that they even have it in stock. Online, not only do you have unlimited variety, but if one store doesn’t have it in stock, it’s not honestly hard to find another that does. Although a lot of it also depends on what kind of store & website every one of us are talking about. Some suppliers are incredibly fantastic with keeping up with their website. They keep their website updated, look nice & they usually have fantastic deals of some sort. Other locations, not so much. I have a bone to pick with the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation’s online website. I have countless problems with it, one of the main troubles is that it is down a lot. Not only that, but their website is slow & looks honestly seasoned. My final straw was when I acquired a discount from them & went to their website to use it. The discount was free shipping if I ordered that day, so I ordered some HEPA air filters. However, a day after I ordered, I called an SMS stating that they were out of stock, & they couldn’t send me the HEPA filters. They came in stock a month later, & when I tried to get the Heating & Air Conditioning filters for free shipping, they wouldn’t let me because the deal was over! I had to drive over there & complain to them, & tell them that they should learn to update their website more… Regardless, after enough complaining they finally relented & gave me the original price. I’m still not delighted with their services.
