When I moved into our house, I observed there wasn’t even central air conditioning in the house.
I didn’t actually own the house, so I wasn’t going to install central air conditioning.
I bought multiple window cooling systems that I could take with myself and others when I moved out. I had 1 A/C equipment in the living room window and the other was in the dining room. I couldn’t think how comfortable it was in the house, with only multiple window air conditioning units. It was also more comfortable in our house than it was in our sister’s with central air conditioning. I called our sister and asked her to come over and see our current home! She asked if I had bought it or rented it and I laughed. I hadn’t found the home I wanted to call a forever home, and I wasn’t going to purchase anything until I knew it was right. I looked at our home like I looked at a bestie. I didn’t want to try something on unless I wanted to buy it; then when our sister arrived, she said she was jealous of the air conditioning I had. I told her that all I had were multiple window air conditioning units, however she didn’t think I did. I had to physically show her the air conditioning units before she thought it was all I had. She said she wished she had tried window air conditioning before having central air conditioning installed, however her house was a lot greater than mine. I hated that our sister was distraught that our air conditioning was better, but I appreciated that she liked our home.
