Didn’t think I’d love it so much

Sally and I only do it once a week, so the change in our bodies is not great

My friend Sally plus I do a group physical training class once a week. Both of us have done every type of fitness class together. Sally and I have done pole dancing, zumba, sizzling yoga plus even a spin class, nothing easily kept Sally and my interest until this class. The gym is very all personal training, then you usually are not left to your own devices to work out. It is also unusual than the normal fitness class! Usually Sally and Ihangl in the back plus do our own thing. Sally and I then complain both of us are not losing weight plus leave after a month. The group physical training class does have 10 other kids in it, but Sally and I all are there to work. The personal trainer does not keep us in whole large group the entire time too. Sally and I work individually, with partners plus in small groups too. The trainer is constantly moving us up and around plus monitoring Sally and I. I regularly get 1 on 1 attention every class. He knows what small areas of the body I am trying to tone plus how it is going for me. The personalized attention truly makes it so much better. I work harder because I want to personally achieve the goals the trainer set for me. I also recognize that I need to impress him…Sally and I just like the class plus have talked about upping the amount of nights both of us go. Sally and I only do it once a week, so the change in our bodies is not great. I bet if Sally and I decided to go more both of us would look so good. I like the class.
