I’ve just finished theater class & now I’m heading back household with my partner, but it was a particularly great class today & everybody had a lot of fun.
During some of the improv exercises, I observed a tendency to drift off into thinking mode instead of focusing on the present; However, the moment I let go of thought, everything fell into locale without having to try too hard! The educator agreed with me that the most crucial thing in theater is to be in the moment, then when I finished the class I went shopping to a climate controlled supermarket & to my surprise I found my bestie there.
I thought I would see her at home, even though she decided to go to the beach while in theater class… Now my associate and I are both in the air conditioned train heading back home. I’m taking the option to catch up on work for the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation before I get home. It’s been a leisurely afternoon hiking in the forest, & not truly productive, to be honest, and but that’s okay once in a while. Tomorrow will be a stressed afternoon as I have to search for media air cleaners online. I have noticed that the air quality in our cabin has diminished, definitely due to a lot of construction work in our neighborhood, which is bringing dust into our house… My great friend and I may have to close the windows & turn on our a/c component unit instead. However, I would rather not do that since my partner & I are trying to save money for an RV with a current heating & cooling system.
