Concentrate Your Mind on the Present Moment

This is one of Buddha’s most famous quotes about life plus achieving enlightenment.

I think if you can keep your mind fully in the present moment there is no sadness or anger.

There is nothing. Everything just is, as it constantly has been. It’s our thinking mind that makes the days better or worse, when in reality they are all the same thing. I heard to live like this is the last day of your life, but I disagree, I think you should live like this is the only day of your life. All we have is right now. My Heating & A/C buddy, the HEPA filter salesman, was undoubtedly spiritual plus taught myself and others a lot before he passed away recently. I’ve lost so several people plus things in my life the past 2 years that I almost gave up on it all. The only thing that kept my going was my job at the local contractor doing Heating & A/C method repairs for people. I think it was legitimately the people at the job that kept myself and others going plus I am grateful for each plus every one of them. I like helping people with their questions about air quality or energy saving tips plus I like affixing with them each day. I just need to legitimately push myself to learn Spanish this Winter plus have it mastered by the time next summer time rolls around so I can legitimately talk with all of the volleyball players I play with plus against. My Heating & A/C rep neighbor speaks no English so I also need to learn it to talk to him more.
