I don’t think if I have ever been so sick in my entire life, well, I have been in worse conditions before, however I have never been sick for so long in my life, but i swear to you it’s been at least 2 weeks now.
I have been suffering from a sniffling nose, bad cough, in addition to had pressure for all that time.
I have no method what is going on, however it feels enjoy I have a bad head cold every morning when I wake up, however as far as I know, viruses can’t last this long, so surely there is something else going on. I seen many nurses in addition to they just keep telling me that I have a viral infection. I just don’t know them. At this point I am trying all sorts of Remedies trying to repair this! Recently, I realized that I might have forgotten a major aspect of my respiratory health. I completely forgot about my indoor Heating as well as A/C system, but living in this area of the country, I run my heating in addition to cooling plan nearly every afternoon, that being said, I do not remember to have my Heating as well as A/C plan officially diagnosed by a heating in addition to cooling specialists enjoy I should. With all of that weekly USAge, I think that my Heating as well as A/C plan has to be filled up with a lot of dirt in addition to debris. There has to be tons of pet dander in addition to debri lodged inside of my HVAC ducts, then stupidly, I have just forgotten that all of this Heating as well as A/C infrastructure even existed inside of my walls.
