The 1 thing I do not appreciate about window cooling systems is that you have to haul these things up the stairs if you want 1 in your kitchen.
This is what I have to do every single summer! I am aged school plus was not interested in getting central heating plus a/c when it became affordable to everyone.
I recognize that central heating plus a/c costs too much cash to run. I have heard horror stories about super high electric bills in the freezing winters plus sizzling summers that have entirely made people go broke! I will not be 1 of those people. I have a charming gas oil furnace in my basement that takes care of all my heating in the Winter time plus these window cooling systems for the summer… Just bringing them up the stairs is a royal pain in the rear. I remember 1 time I nearly dropped the window a/c plan while trying to bring it up to my kitchen. In the kitchen I have a big window a/c plan that more or less cools the entire downstairs minus the living room. In there I have a portable a/c plan to take care of all my cooling needs. It is the time of year again where I need to haul the window cooling systems upstairs to the kitchen. I am not looking forward to this. However once they are installed I will have the best indoor comfort because these window cooling systems are super powerful plus do myself and others plus my family great!
