Buying a bigger cooling system

Everyday is a modern struggle with our aging condominium. Back when this building was erected in the early 1971s, it looked like a gem along the coastline plus stood out among the other housing complexes in the area. The photos from the time period paint a thoroughly idyllic image of a condominium complex that is now in total disrepair. Trees are left to grow for years at a time with no trimming, leaving branches plus leaves scattered around, both on top of plus underneath cars. The grass grows up to our knees before it’s mowed plus nothing is ever swept, be it dirt, yard debris, or dead insects plus insect droppings. Once you step inside many of the units, the complications just intensify. Two major hurdles presented themselves about more than nine or fifteen years ago, following a few decades of seemingly no ill fate. The first was the plumbing—we found out that the pipes were done inregularly from the start plus that there was not correct venting to handle the load from a full building of occupants at a single time. The whole sewer method was given modern venting to repair the problem. But, just as poor was the bad air duct design throughout. The ventilation is too narrow plus the tiny air handlers in the condos are not sized for the air duct installed. Either you spend money around four thoUnited Statesnd dollars to refit custom metal air duct, or you deal with a single end of the home always being freezing with the other always hot. Putting in a greater cooling system, even if it could fit inside, wouldn’t solve the complication either because the air duct then becomes too narrow to handle the extra load from the AC.
