We have had to make a lot of tough decisions along the way, but overall it has been really amazing.
This week we have been talking about the HVAC system and I think we have finally come to a conclusion. It seems that we will be getting radiant flooring installed, as our friend that is an HVAC technician highly recommends it. We are going to go with water heated radiant flooring and I think we will be really happy. The radiant flooring will make our HVAC system truly top notch, and I believe it will also help us with the resale value of our house. The friend that works as an HVAC technician explained the radiant flooring to us and why it would be the best option for us. We live in a pretty cold area and our old house had tons of cold spots. The new HVAC system we are installing should be able to eliminate all cold spots while also providing us a very efficient HVAC system. I have never really cared too much about heating and cooling, but my wife really like her temperature to be perfect. She is always messing with the thermostat which is also why we decided to install a smart one. A smart thermostat will help us maintain all aspects of the HVAC system and I think we are going to be a very well controlled climate! This new house and new HVAC system is going to be so amazing.
