I think I’m sort of the genre of person who just goes along assuming all is well until something isn’t. But the pandemic shone a giant light on a couple of things for me. One, I had to get in better shape plus start taking care of myself because being healthy is one of the best things you can do to prevent infection. Our immune health is tied directly to our overall health. So I needed to do more than just rest all day inside that zone controlled Heating plus Air Conditioning to then go new home plus rest in our own a/c. There had to be some swings plus the pandemic woke myself and others up. So I started getting out of the a/c for walks, changed our diet plus just got more aware of all the little decisions that I make each day. Additionally, I l earned a lot about all the airborne contaminants inside the house. There are chemicals leached out of the carpet plus furniture that pollute the indoor air. Of course, there is pollen plus pet dander that really takes a toll on me. But the air purification system the two of us use takes care of all of that for us.
