There had to be some changes and the pandemic woke me up. So I started getting out of the air conditioner for walks, changed my diet and just got more aware of all the little decisions that I make each day. Additionally, I l received a lot about all the airborne contaminants inside the house. There are chemicals leached out of the carpet and furniture that pollute the indoor air. Of course, there is pollen and pet dander that legitimately takes a toll on me. But the air cleaner the people I was with and I use takes care of all of that for us.
