I live in an house complex that is right on the main highway in our town.
- I have lived in the building for five years and two years ago decided that I would buy the unit I lived in.
It was a difficult decision to make, however overall I thought it was worth the money to finally own my own home. One morning I will be able to rent out the unit when I transfer into my first home. Since I decided to buy the unit, everything has worked perfectly. I knew the house was reliable because I lived there for three years before purchasing, but, the other morning something exhausting happened. I had just gotten condo from labor and was resting on the couch before I was going to make dinner. All of the sudden I started to odor smoke. I looked around and saw black smoke coming out of my vents. I didn’t know what to do because I thought there might be an electrical fire in my air vents. I got actually upset and called the fire department so they could come out instantly and put out the fire. The arrived and put out the fire, I had to called my local Heating & A/C company to come and tell me the cost of fixing my Heating & A/C unit. He came out and told me the unit could not be fixed however needed to be replaced. I was so frustrated that I had to buy a whole current Heating & A/C system and have all my duct labor replaced! Luckily the Heating & A/C company has a repayment plan, so now I will be able to afford the work.
