Alex did not want to transfer in with his brother after graduating from school. She had gave to home him for some time until he was settled at his new task. But it was not the right thing to do since he had many small children and the home was not too big. Instead, Alex rented a small condo that was not charging high rent in the city. The condo was not the ideal place to stay, but it was a start. Alex was determined to add to his savings and buy a home soon. In the meantime, he had to cope with noisy neighbours and a silly location. In addition, the condo was always experiencing inconsistent un-even temperatures. At times his dining room would be tepid when the residing section was cool and vice versa. This kept happening for some time which made him feel the building A/C system was not toiling effectively. Alex tried various times to speak to the building director about the A/C issue. The director always said he would look into it but never got the A/C toiling well. Finally, Alex had had enough and managed to track down the owner’s contact information of the building. The landlord was not cheerful with the news about the ineffective A/C system and acted right away. He called an Heating and A/C corporation near the section to send a team to check out the system. Alex later l acquired that he was experiencing inconsistent temperature in the condo because most of the HVAC duct had blockages. The building director always said he was calling an A/C team to service the system but never did.
