The apartment was not the ideal arena to stay, but it was a start. Alex was determined to add to his savings & buy a home soon. In the meantime, he had to cope with noisy neighbours & a crazy location. In addition, the apartment was constantly experiencing inconsistent hot & cold temperatures. At times his kitchen would be moderate when the living section was cool & vice versa. This kept happening for some time which made him think the building A/C method was not laboring effectively. Alex tried numerous times to speak to the building employer about the A/C issue. The employer constantly said he would look into it but never got the A/C laboring well. Finally, Alex had had enough & managed to track down the owner’s contact information of the building. The property owner was not glad with the news about the ineffective A/C method & acted instantaneously. He called an HVAC supplier near the section to send a team to check out the system. Alex later l acquired that he was experiencing inconsistent temperature in the apartment because most of the air duct had blockages. The building employer constantly said he was calling an A/C team to repair the method but never did.
